New to Pilates or new to Hustle and Flo and not sure where to start? Or want to go a little more Flo than Hustle today? This is a lite version of our signature class. In this class we slow it down a bit. Tone down the Pilates lingo and lightly touch on the basics. We will start to introduce you to equipment and compound movements. You will still get a good burn in ... same same but different.

Reformer style class on the mat. Expect to use the same movements and exercises used in a reformer class. This class can help build your knowledge around reformer and the correct form to use.

This full body workout is based off of Pilates principals and emphasis on form. Focusing on using deep muscle activation and stabilisation. This work out is designed to help lengthen and sculpt your muscles all while remaining low impact. *

Pregnancy friendly 45 min

This is for the mamas who want to move, strengthen, lengthen and tone with a baby in tow. This is an all levels class focused on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability. Suitable for babies up to 12 months.
