New to Pilates or new to Hustle and Flo and not sure where to start? Or want to go a little more Flo than Hustle today? This is a lite version of our signature class. In this class we slow it down a bit. Tone down the Pilates lingo and lightly touch on the basics. We will start to introduce you to equipment and compound movements. You will still get a good burn in ... same same but different.

Reformer style class on the mat. Expect to use the same movements and exercises used in a reformer class. This class can help build your knowledge around reformer and the correct form to use.

This is for the mamas who want to move, strengthen, lengthen and tone with a baby in tow. This is an all levels class focused on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability. Suitable for babies up to 12 months.

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a more gentle, slower-paced style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching, mindful breathing, and increased flexibility. The practice moves through a series of poses at a more deliberate pace, allowing for longer holds and a greater emphasis on alignment and body awareness. It primarily targets muscles in the hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall muscle tone.

Boxilates is a high-energy workout that blends the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the power and intensity of boxing. Designed to build endurance, coordination, and total-body strength, this dynamic fusion workout delivers the perfect balance of precision and power.

In a Boxilates session, you’ll flow through Pilates-based movements to activate deep core muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture—while incorporating boxing combinations to boost cardiovascular fitness, agility, and upper-body strength.
