Our classes are based on the core Pilates principles with an emphasis on form. So whether you are looking to sculpt and tone or strengthen and lengthen your body, we offer something for everyone.
We offer a wide range of pilates classes for every level and at every stage in your Pilates journey.
We are excited to offer innovative classes such as our Reform class. This class uses reformer exercises and makes them accessible on the mat. The results leave you ready to confidently go into your reformer journey or enhance it. Or are you after a class that allows you to reset and stretch? Our Flo class does just that. You can expect an active stretch and release class that leaves you feeling refreshed and centered.
We are also proud supporters of expectant moms through every stage of their pregnancy and post. It is important to help support and strengthen your growing and ever changing body during this time and after.
SIGNATURE HUSTLE & FLO
This full body workout is based off of Pilates principals and emphasis on form. Focusing on using deep muscle activation and stabilisation. This work out is designed to help lengthen and sculpt your muscles all while remaining low impact.

HUSTLE
Fast paced pilates class that incorporates cardio with either resistance training, weights or both. The class will help sculpt and tone your body while using functional movements.
*Not suitable for pregnant clients 45 min
Vinyasa
This is a slow paced active stretch and release class. This class helps restore, lengthen and stretch your body. This class is designed to slow you down and focus on your movements to help nourish the nervous system.

REFORM
Reformer style class on the mat. Expect to use the same movements and exercises used in a reformer class. This class can help build your knowledge around reformer and the correct form to use.

Strong
Strength training with that Pilates feel. This class incorporates weights, resistance bands or both! Get ready to strengthen and tone your muscles while keeping it low impact.

MUMS & BUBS
This is for the mamas who want to move, strengthen, lengthen and tone with a baby in tow. This is an all levels class focused on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on correct core activation, spinal & pelvic stability. Suitable for babies up to 12 months.

HUSTLE & FLO Lite
New to Pilates or new to Hustle and Flo and not sure where to start? Or want to go a little more Flo than Hustle today? This is a lite version of our signature class. In this class we slow it down a bit. Tone down the Pilates lingo and lightly touch on the basics. We will start to introduce you to equipment and compound movements. You will still get a good burn in ... same same but different.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a gentle, restorative practice that involves holding passive poses for several minutes, targeting deep connective tissues and enhancing flexibility. This balance between the dynamic strength of Pilates and the soothing stretches of yin can help alleviate tension, enhance performance, and deepen overall body awareness, making it an ideal addition to any Pilates regimen.
