Cancel class through momence app. Please be aware of our cancellation policy.
Please wear comfortable active wear, bring a drink bottle and a towel.
We encourage clients to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts, but we know that life happens so no admittance will be allowed after the first 5 minutes of class and your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
We have a waitlist system in place through the Momence app. There are up to five people allowed on the waitlist at a time and it is a first come , first served system. You will then receive an email or sms letting you know that your spot has been successfully reserved.

We recommend starting with our signature Hustle and Flo class. Please arrive 5 minutes early to class and let the instructor know its your first class. This is also a good time to let the instructor know of any injuries or pregnancies.
We have restrooms and cubbies for your belongings. There are no shower facilities at the premises.

Yes, we offer private Pilates sessions with our experienced instructors for those seeking personalized attention, rehabilitation, or targeted training.

Hustle and Flo accommodates pregnant clients up to 12 weeks. After 12 weeks pregnant clients can participate in Signature Hustle and Flo class and Flo. Please seek clearance from your doctor before starting any exercise program while pregnant.
Please provide any and all known injuries to the studio and instructor. This helps us better accomodate your needs during class.

Clients are allowed to cancel an afternoon and evening class up to four hours before the scheduled class begins for a credit back to their account. After four hours will incur a $10 cancellation fee. No shows will incur a $ 15 no show fee.
For our morning classes, our cancellation policy cutoff is 8pm the night before.
Cancellations must be made through Momence.
Hustle and Flo reserves the right to cancel classes if there are fewer than 2 people booked into the class.

We understand that life happens. This policy is put into place to help people from abusing the cancellation and no show system. Please do your best to cancel before the cutoff to avoid a fee.
